You may not use Cheersend to sell goods.
You may not use Cheersend to sell services that you render.
We may require you to verify your account to comply with law and regulation. In these cases, you will be asked to submit personal information to our verification partners. Some features may not be available until your account is verified.
We will provide customer support via our help center and electronic support team to help resolve account issues.
We reserve the right to terminate your account as we see fit. We terminate accounts on the basis of fraud and abuse, in accordance with governing law.
By using Cheersend, you agree to waive any legal right to class-action lawsuits against the platform.
